Our new Hot Topics issue, straight from the press is Cyberlaw. It provides an excellent overview of many areas of cyberlaw including privacy and spam, social networking sites, consumer protection cybercrime and defamation. There is also a helpful glossary defining key terms used in cyberlaw. There are short case notes on a range of topics including cyberbullying and the use of Facebook.
An invaluable teaching resource for the new Preliminary syllabus which focuses on the individual and technology. A helpful reading list is included at the back for those teachers and students who want to delve deeper into particular issues. You will find this issue of Hot Topics at your local public library soon. If your school library has a subscription to this year's issues, you will also find it there.
