Decades of protecting history earns OAM for librarian

He's not a household name, but Paul Brunton has been at the centre of Australian history for the past 40 years.
As senior curator of the Mitchell Library at the NSW State Library in Sydney, Mr Brunton has acquired records that have literally helped write the history books, which has earned him a place as one of this year's recipients for the Medal of the Order of Australia.
